Boutique Buffet

In the interest of complete disclosure, we have a confession to start this week’s column. I’m really not a buffet kind of guy. While no one appreciates the concept of food in mass quantities better than I, most buffets I’ve encountered have meant four things: lengthy, serpentine lines; mediocre steam-table offerings; poor service; and a dismal atmosphere.
