The Toga Bar is among several Caesars’ property sites offering an expanded array of craft beers, and backed by a trained staff to describe them.

One would be hard-pressed to argue that the Grecian Goddess Dancers are not the best amenity the Toga Bar at Caesars has to offer, but raising room for debate might be an expanded lineup of craft beers carefully curated to be served at the peak of drinkability.
And for those who may be shy about trying something new for fear of an unfavorable taste-bud assault, the staff at the Toga Bar is among a property-wide team trained to apprise patrons of how each brew should taste.
Caesars beverage and nightlife operations manager Ryan Horner has a background in fine dining (his prior title was general manager of Caesars’ French-Italian fusion restaurant Mia), but he’s a bona fide beer guy who treats Caesars’ brews with the same TLC afforded its fine wines.
“I worked at a French restaurant and learned all about wines, doing wine dinners and things of that nature,” says Horner. “Typically wine dinners pair the basics like cabernet, pinot noir, chardonnay, pinot grigio, and they all have similar flavor profiles.
“So then I looked at beer — especially now that the craft beer movement has really taken off — and how your typical lager, for example, might taste completely different from someone else’s lager. They might have completely different taste profiles. You can almost use each one as a class by itself, and build dinners off of it, or tasting menus, things of that nature.”
The festivities include beer tastings and pairings, live music, beer-related specials at multiple venues throughout the property, and educational elements hosted by beer experts Gary Monterosso and Tara Nurin.
