Atlantic City Weekly's Ray Schweibert caught up with 3 Doors Down lead guitarist/ backing vocalist Matt Roberts back in May 2011.
Roberts talked about the debut of 3 Doors Down's fifth album titled "Time of My Life," which was released on July 19 of 2011. 3 Doors Down hails from a little community called Escatawpa in Mississippi. The band first premiered on the music scene when they released their first studio album, The Better Life.

“We just flew in from Paris and I’ve forgotten how draining travel can be. The simple act of packing can take something out of you. I’m tired. I don’t know how much people realize that this is such a grind. It’s a rewarding grind but it’s a grind.”
