The Chelsea will offer some sensational vantage points and premium party packages before, during and after the eighth annual Thunder Over the Boardwalk air show.

Catch the Atlantic City Air Show Aug. 25

With Atlantic City’s Thunder over the Boardwalk air spectacular set for Wednesday, Aug. 25, the Chelsea hotel has excellent room deals tied in with a premium party for hotel guests, and two poolside parties on tap that non-hotel guests are welcome to enjoy too.

Starting Tuesday, Aug. 24, an “Air Show Rehearsal Party” will take place at Chelsea’s poolside Cabana Club. The pool bar will be open to the public from 11am to sunset, and food service available from 11am-4:30pm.  A minimum food and beverage purchase will apply, and there will be Red Bull drink specials available for $6.

On Wednesday, Aug. 25, Chelsea's "Premier Viewing Party" will take place for hotel guests only at Chelsea Prime steakhouse. Chelsea Prime is ideally situated with fabulous views of the show. There will be food from the Cabana Club menu and a special braised smoked pork dish called “The Thunderbolt" created by Chelsea Prime executive chef Anthony Micari. Red Bull drink specials will also be on hand for $6.

Also on Wednesday, Aug. 25, the Cabana Club Air Show After Party will be open to the public from 3-11pm. A DJ will be spinning tunes, $6 Red Bull drink specials will be offered, and guests can order from the Cabana Club menu (minimum purchases will apply).

For those who are not hotel guests but are coming to the Chelsea to enjoy the show, parking will be available for $30. Visit the Chelsea Web site for details and room prices, or go here for more details on the eighth annual Atlantic City Air Show.
