A New Dawn for Dusk

In 2009 a multi-tiered, 10,000-square-foot nightclub called Dusk was unveiled at Caesars to much fanfare, and justifiably so. The club was cutting- edge in all regards, right down to restrooms decked out with such TLC they’d have caused Felix Unger to tear up.
