Excitement is in the cards at Tropicana Casino & Resort. Table game players are already abuzz with news about Tropicana’s You Don’t Have To Be A High Roller To Win $1 Million Dollars - $1 Million Dollar Blackjack Challenge, a big money promotion running now through February 19, 2012.
The $1 Million Blackjack Challenge is open to all Diamond Club members. Players will earn free entries during regular play. One entry will be awarded every time a player is dealt a blackjack in the games of Blackjack, Spanish 21 and Double Attack Blackjack.
One entry will also be awarded every time a player gets a straight or better while playing Three Card Poker, Four Card Poker, Texas Hold ‘em, Caribbean Stud and Let it Ride. Traditional Poker players can earn an entry with a full house or better.
Every craps player actively playing at a table when a 12 is rolled will receive an entry. Minim Baccarat players can get into the game when a natural nine wins at the table. Every patrol actively playing Roulette when a zero or double zero hits gets an entry. And for the Big Six Wheel every player gets an entry when the wheel hits 20-to-1 or 45-to-1.

Three friends born and raised in Atlantic City have teamed up to present an event called the Comedy 4 Peace Laugh Out Loud Jam — a show not just designed to lift local spirits in tough times for an affordable cost, but to help revive the same sense of camaraderie in a community that their longstanding friendship may best reflect.

With Halloween coming up, it’s time to compile a list of my favorite scary movies. I’m an old school fan who prefers suspense to shock, and the bravery of ordinary people in supernatural situations. And, as you’ll notice from the list, I can’t hide the fact that I love a good haunted house tale.

“The Trump Taj Mahal "Own a Beach Condo Giveaway" on September 4, 2011 was a complete farce. They called a fake person's name who was supposed to be located in Virginia, and surprise, surprise, the fake person never claimed the prize within 15 minutes. After that, they never even called any other names to give anyone else a chance to win. So, they never awarded the Condo prize to anyone! This contest was a total fake to lure people to the Taj Mahal to play their slots and table games to "earn entries" in the fake contest . The "consolation prize" was for everyone to run to a slot machine and start playing with their member card within the next 15 minutes after the condo contest was over, so someone could win $25,000. WHAT?? They went from saying they were going to award a $250,000 condo to that? I will avoid this terrible casino forever and I suggest others do too. P.S-The Taj Mahal is also terribly laid out for their handicap customers.”
