Returns to The Deck at Trump Marina June 25 through 27 offering rock ’n’ roll tribute bands
If you want to hear the music of your favorite rock bands but you can’t afford to go all around the country to see them perform, Trump Marina offers a fun alternative every summer. The casino will once again present its annual FakeFest on The Deck from Friday, June 25 through Sunday, June 27. Enjoy a full weekend of classic rock, alternative and pop renditions of your favorite tunes featuring some of the best tribute bands from the east coast and beyond.
Eight bands will pay tribute to popular rock, metal and alternative bands: Green Day, Foreigner, Styx, Billy Joel, Bruce Springsteen & the E-Street Band, Kiss, The Who and Jimmy Buffet. Local DJ Michael James will be the emcee.
“This is the eleventh year that The Deck has played host to tribute bands during FakeFest. People have come to know FakeFest at the Marina as the best compilation of the best tribute bands in the country,” says Bill Schmal, Director of Entertainment at Trump Marina. “They bring their friends and family and make it an entire weekend with music they love, without the big ticket price.”
