Does Valentine’s Day have you seeing red for all the wrong reasons? Have the songs “Hungry Heart” and “Love Stinks” become your Valentine’s Day rally cries? Do you think Cupid is stupid? If so, does Caesars Entertainment ever have some great ways for you to celebrate this Feb. 14.

For all you singles looking for substitutes to sulking or stuffing your faces with self-bought chocolates, Caesars is kicking off its annual “Anti-Valentine’s Day Weekend” with a special performance by renowned Baltimore band Mobtown Saints on Saturday, Feb. 12. The female-fronted, five-piece cover band, voted best band of 2009 by Baltimore Magazine, will be playing anti-love songs from 10pm-2am Saturday, while Bally’s beloved mascot Shorty the Sheriff will appropriately be dressed as Cupid.

Additionally, singles can participate in “flirt texting” throughout the weekend — a fun and playful way to interact with those who catch their eye via text messaging.

Here’s some other anti-Valentine’s Day specials taking place thanks to the twisted minds of Caesars Entertainment’s marketing team.

From 9pm- 11pm Saturday, the Virginia City Buffet at Bally’s will play host to the Singles Buffet, where singles can show a picture of their ex-boyfriend or ex-girlfriend and receive a half-priced dinner and a chance to meet and mingle with other singles.

For those in the competitive spirit this Valentine’s Day, Bally’s Wild Wild West will also host a special “girls versus boys beer-pong party tournament.” With the winner receiving a “Girls Night Out” or “Guys Night Out” package for you and three friends.
