Now there’s not only a new way each day of the week to sip, socialize and savor the goodness of Borgata’s many fine dining establishments — but also save. The hotel, casino and spa recently unveiled several sensational packages of drink and dinner specials, and reasonably priced small-plate menus.

Sunday’s Best $39 Menu is available at Wolfgang Puck’s American Grill, SeaBlue and Izakaya from 5-6:30pm every Sunday. Guests will enjoy a three-course meal designed exclusively by noted chefs Wolfgang Puck, Michael Mina and Michael Schulson, giving diners a true taste of their unique cuisine. Wolfgang Puck’s choices will include roasted beef Napoleon with warm goat cheese and hazelnut vinaigrette, pan-roasted free range chicken breast with roasted vegetables and Yukon gold potato puree, and caramelized banana cream pie. At SeaBlue you’ll have the choice of Ahi tuna tartare, miso-glazed Chilean sea bass, and root beer float with warm pecan chocolate chip cookies. Izakaya’s choices will be yellowtail scallion roll, king crab robatayaki with miso, butter and smoked salt, and homemade green tea ice cream.

SeaBlue Social Hour now offers a delicious bar menu every night of the week from 5-7pm, including Mina’s favorites such as bacon-wrapped dates with Parmesan and aged balsamic ($7), warm goat cheese with pepper fondue and grilled bread ($8), and SeaBlue Angus burger with shallot marmalade and Gryuere ($14). Guests will enjoy menu items at half price, including specialty cocktails like the Tangerine Cosmopolitan, Pear Martini and Pineapple Mojito.

Fornelletto Cucina & Wine Bar's 'Wine Down Wednesday' menu features $10 small plates, Neapolitan pizzas and a selection of wines by Borgata wine director Anjoleena Griffin-Holst. With the month of May dedicated to saluting a variety of wines from regions across Italy, small plate selections include grilled calamari Spiedini, Burrata salad with grilled pear and Prosciutto, and chef Stephen Kalt’s signature Meatball Sliders, while pizza selections include the Margherita, Parma and Sicilian, guests will experience an authentic taste of Italy. Guests can wind down the workweek while sipping on a sensational wine selection.

Since its debut in May 2009, Izakaya Monday continues to ignite the workweek with $7 sushi, robatayaki, cocktails and beer specials. Inspired by chef Schulson’s time living in Japan and other global travels, Izakaya is a modern Japanese pub that defies comparison with both enticing cuisine and an alluring social scene, providing guests the chance to savor sensational Asian fare at a great value. Patrons of Izakaya Monday also gain complimentary admission to Borgata’s hot nightclub mur.mur on Monday night with a receipt of $20 or more.

Divided by three service areas — an oval, central bar plus elevated sushi and grill (robatayaki) stations, Izakaya’s indigo-shaded interiors create an atmosphere of intimacy and relaxation. Cross the Zen-like transparent bridge leading into the facility and prepare to surrender to sensory pleasures.
