Over 350 Corvette cars will be displayed on the Ocean City Boardwalk starting 11:30am. The autos will date back to the Corvette’s first model in 1953 and extend to the present.
The show is one of the largest in the eastern U.S. with Corvette owners from Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland and New Jersey participating plus scattered entries from as far away as Ohio and Indiana.
Registration is held from 8am-10am at the Ocean City Airport, 26th and Bay Ave. Cars depart for the Boardwalk at approximately 11am and park there till 4pm. The line of Corvettes extends from 6th to 10th Streets and beyond on the Boardwalk.
Rain date is Sun., Oct. 3.
There is an awards ceremony at 3:30pm in front of the Music Pier, Boardwalk and Moorlyn Terrace, between 8th and 9th Streets. A special display of Corvettes will be exhibited at that location.
