Just in time for an anticipated economic recovery and hot summer season, the Atlantic City Hilton has announced an extensive property overhaul. The improvements include four new restaurants, a remodeled beach bar, and an extension of the gaming floor. The revitalized beach bar opens this weekend, the expanded gaming floor in the beginning of June, and the new restaurants on June 23.

“The Atlantic City Hilton has reinvented luxury and fun on the Boardwalk with its new gaming space, renovated outdoor area and our new restaurants,” said Nicholas L. Ribis, Vice Chairman and CEO of the Atlantic City Hilton Hotel. “Our biggest change is our second floor dining level that has been transformed into comfortable luxury with a blend of rich woods, bold accent colors, intricate stone detailing, and diverse artwork by a variety of prominent artists.”

Simon Prime is an elegant, contemporary, American steakhouse by famed, celebrity chef Kerry Simon. His first restaurant in Atlantic City, Simon Prime introduces Chef Simon’s passion for delicious food, creative combinations and his insistence on the very best and freshest ingredients to the Boardwalk. Simon Prime will quickly become famous for its amazing steaks, as well as its unique take on fish, seafood, chops and organic seasonal vegetables.

ONO Pan-Asian Bistro and Bar welcomes guests with its dark woods, earthy color palate, and floor to ceiling windows giving breathtaking views of the ocean and the Boardwalk. As the city’s only Pan-Asian restaurant Ono features exotic dishes from sushi to sashimi to rock lobster tail with Kaffir lime butter. For those with simpler tastes ONO also features a traditional surf & turf or New York strip steak.

Nick’s Burger Bar is the perfect place for a fun night out with friends. Nick’s gives patrons a chance to literally design their own gourmet burger from top to bottom. From Kobe beef to buffalo or a “surf  turf” burger, guests can choose unique toppings, and gourmet sauces. Exotic beer from countries around the world are a must try as are the adult style “Kicked Up” shakes.

The Coffee Shop features a focus on comfort. From a unique spin on “all-day” breakfast foods like Ricotta cheese pancakes, to their all day menu, The Coffee Shop will be open 24-hours a day.
