Extraordinary women winemakers will be featured in "A Toast to Women in Wine" at the Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa on Saturday, Nov. 11. The charity tasting event, celebrity chef cook-off and wine education forum is sponsored by Wine Spectator magazine and the Borgata. Iron Chefs Masaharu Morimoto and Bobby Flay (also a Borgate chef) will partake in a cook-off. Many of Borgata's chefs, including Flay, Michael Mina, Wolfgang Puck, Susanna Foo and Luke Paladino will prepare signature dishes and mingle with guests.
