Fieri's Fiery Flair

I’ll be first to admit to being nonplussed when the announcement arrived early this year that Food Network fixture Guy Fieri would be opening his first-ever chophouse on the sixth floor of Bally’s Atlantic City. But after a pair of visits — one a well-orchestrated media event, the other a regular dinner out — I’ve come to respect and even admire what the spiky-haired talking head and his team have accomplished.
