The 2016 Atlantic City Weekly Health, Wellness & Fitness Expo will be fitter and fatter than ever – in a good way. With more vendors and activities than before, the expo, held from noon to 5 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 17, at the Ocean City Music Pier’s loggia, ties directly into the AC Weekly “Health and Wellness” issue on Thursday, Sept. 15, and will give you the skinny on smoothies, as well as teach you how to utilize sports in your workout and much more.
Sponsored by Shore Medical Center, the Health, Wellness & Fitness Expo will feature a variety of fitness centers, doctors and medical experts, nutritionists, free Zumba, yoga and fitness classes, blood pressure screenings, massage therapists, demonstrations and other exhibitors who will offer a variety of goods ranging from supplements to organic products to spa discounts.
There will also be plenty of entertainment, including live music from the Atlantic City Jazz Band, courtesy of the South Jersey Jazz Society.
“We couldn’t happier to bring our Health, Wellness & Fitness Expo back to the Music Pier,” says Scott Cronick, director of entertainment publications for the Press of Atlantic City. “This year we’ll have even more demonstrations and vendors, ensuring our best expo yet.”
This is a free, rain-or-shine event. The Music Pier is located at Moorlyn Terrace and the Boardwalk in Ocean City.
