Executive Chef, Siganos Management
Jennifer Muldoon began as a sous chef at Revel opening Jose Garces' Distrito. In 2013 she began working for Siganos Management when they opened four new concepts in Tropicana — including Casa Taco and Tequila Bar. And she never looked back. Casa Taco has now become a destination for modern Mexican cuisine and a formidable location for one of the best breakfasts in A.C. Over the past year, Jennifer has also focused on other Siganos locations in King of Prussia, Pa., and Palm Beach — either opening new concept restaurants or re-facing older locations, creating instant hits. Additionally, she opened another two concepts in Tropicana in the past year, making the grand total of six in Tropicana, four in the King of Prussia Mall and four in the Gardens Mall in Palm Beach. You’ll be hard pressed to find any chef or food-service professional that has been involved with that many different openings and renovations within a year — and they are all successful. Look for her and her husband Joe Muldoon to finally work together on a project when Siganos Management brings a unique market concept to Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa this summer, along with other long-awaited dining options.
