Add a little mystery to your holiday celebrations with a surprising sequel to the classic Charles Dickens’ tale “A Christmas Carol” Sundays, Dec. 10 and 17 at the Palm Atlantic City.
“A Dickens of a Murder,” performed 6 p.m. both days, picks up where “A Christmas Carol” left off. Scrooge’s nephew is hosting a Christmas party, to which his newly changed uncle is invited. While guests await Scrooge’s arrival, Sherlock Holmes happens to show up and announces that Mr. Scrooge has been murdered.

Help Holmes sort through all the suspects and solve the mystery of what happened to poor Uncle Scrooge while enjoying a three-course dinner. Menu options for the evening include a classic caesar salad or baby field green salad, followed by filet mignon, applewood smoked bacon wrapped shrimp, or braised lamb shank. dessert is a yummy vanilla crème brule topped with fresh raspberries and served with coffee or tea.
