Cook with the flavors of the Caribbean during Atlantic City Country Club’s cooking class and tasting Thursday, March 16.

Executive Chef Ed Daggers will teach a class on cooking Floridian and Caribbean-style at the Country Club’s Tap Room Pub & Grille. Arrive at 6 p.m. for a wine and cheese reception, with the class and tasting following at 6:30 p.m. Your taste buds will love sampling the dishes for the evening, as you create jerk chicken and pork with plantains and pick-a-peppa salsa; grilled mango chicken; coconut pudding; and whole red snapper.
