The Savor Borgata Culinary Series continues on Saturday, April 22 with Beer and Bites, this time highlighting selections from Long Bar along with brews from Dogfish Head Brewery.

Taking place at 1 p.m. at Long Bar, the lunch includes tasty bites prepared by Borgata’s Excecutive Chef, Tom Biglan and paired with a selection of Dogfish Head Brewery’s savory beers.

The first course is a tasty Seared Scallop paired with Sea Quench Ale, followed by a flavorful Carmelized Duck Breast paired with Flesh and Blood IPA. The final bite is a Slow Roasted Pork served with Grilled Fingerling Potato Salad and paired with 60 Minute IPA.
