If you’re looking for a rousing rendition of Handel’s famous holiday masterpiece “Messiah,” look no further than Stockton University’s performance at the Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa’s Event Center 7 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 10.

Stockton’s performance of “Messiah” is so intense that the group can only pull off the piece every other year. This year is the 14th biennial performance and is organized by Stockton Professor of Music Beverly Vaughn, who includes both Stockton students as well as members of the community in the choir, making for a whopping 200 plus members.

Admission is $14, with $8 tickets for Stockton students and $12 tickets for those 65 and older and ages 11 and younger. A portion of proceeds support the Stockton Scholarship Program. Borgata is located at 1 Borgata Way, Atlantic City. Call 866-900-4849 or go to to order tickets.
