Executive Chef Ed Daggers will teach a class on cooking Floridian and Caribbean-style food at the Atlantic City Country Club on Thursday, March 16.


Learn to cook your favorite winter comfort foods at the Atlantic City Country Club’s “Winter Soups and Stews Cooking Class & Tasting” Thursday, Feb. 16.

The class is taught by Executive Chef Ed Daggers and begins with a tasty wine and cheese reception at 6 p.m., followed by the class and tasting from 6:30 to 8 p.m. The list of recipes for the night includes classic lobster bisque, minestrone, Thai-style butternut squash bisque with basil and coconut milk, veal stew and chicken pot pie.
