The 2011 Miss New Jersey Pageant kicked off with 23 contestants taking part in the Ocean City Boardwalk Parade. Outfitted as TV Characters or TV Show themes, the contestants moved down the Ocean City Boardwalk in convertibles showing off their costumes and shoes. The parade is a prelude to selecting the 2011 Miss New Jersey, which takes place at the Ocean City Music Pier on Saturday evening, June 18, 2011.
