Atlantic City's Girasole hosted a pre-party event on Thursday evening, Feb. 28, for this year's 2013 Top 40 Under 40 and party, presented by the Greater Atlantic City Jaycees and Atlantic City Weekly. This year's honorees mingled and had an opportunity to meet each other prior to the big party in their honor to be held at Mixx at Borgata on March 22.
