Once again, greetings and salutations. As you know, Chanukah, Christmas, and the New Year are right around the corner. Lets of people coming home for the holidays to see family and friends, and I think that as the holidays grow closer, we as Americans realize how important it is to be with loved ones.
For as long as I’ve been covering Atlantic City entertainment — that’s 36 years, if you’re keeping score — I’ve had my own little holiday writing ritual. To give people time to consider their end-of-the-year celebration options and maybe buy some tickets as stocking stuffers, the second column in December has usually been dedicated to a roundup of all the acts that will ring in a new year from the stage of a casino showroom.
