The stars have been out in full force this summer in the Atlantic City region. Here are some photos, including Sarah Silverman, Sarah McLachlan, Cedric The Entertainer, Ocean City and Atlantic City fireworks, Jazz on the Beach debut, DJ Pauly D's birthday bash at The Pool at Harrah's and more.
Although it's been dreadfully hot in the Atlantic City region over the past few weeks, not to mention the major power outage suffered during the heatwave, affecting hundreds of thousands in the county and surrounding area, it's been business as usual in the resort town: top-tier entertainment and lots to do.

Even if Silverman does cross the line in an offensive way, she refuses to apologize. That was never more apparent more than a decade ago, when she came under fire for using a slang term for Asians on a late-night television show.

For a second straight year, Academy Award winning actor, singer, comedian and Sirius XM Radio host Jamie Foxx is spending some July 4th holiday time in Atlantic City.

The ACA initially had 50,000 magnets printed in multiple colors and given away at select spots like its Boardwalk and AC Expressway visitors centers, the Atlantic City Free Public Library, the Atlantic Avenue county office building and at select community centers. It blew through the first batch, had a second order of 30,000 printed up, and recently put in a third order when the second got gobbled up like 5 ½-inch round magnetized hotcakes.
Every Friday and Saturday night, BB’s Beer and Burgers hosts a rotating list of four blues artists who have toured and/or recorded with many of the biggest names in the business. On Sunday from 6-9pm, jazz artists perform at Ono Chinese Bistro, which also offers some of the most stunning views around.
