“Jennifer Nikander, Beverage Manager.
Jennifer and her team has been instrumental in planning and running of Trump Plaza Beach Bar. Not only is she responsible for maintaining a 10 million dollar buget as beverage manager for the property but she also instrumental in the process of running the Beach Bar. Jennifer has ran the Beach Bar since it first year in 2003 and has overseen all aspects of it from hiring, promotion, training & working with the marketing team as they create special events. The Trump plaza Beach Bar has become a staple in AC and last year was awarded by the Travel Channel as the 13th most sexiest Beach Bar in the world. For this and many other reasons I feel Jennifer Nikadner is definatly a person who should be honored for being a bright young leader in a very touch industry.”
