As long as the dancers don't get naked or touch the patrons in a provocative way, such a club would be permissible, according to the report.

Scores told regulators the new club at the Taj would charge "a significant admission fee" and would be "richly furnished, first-class, exceptional."

Griffin, two days before Christmas, added that, "Further details on this project will be available in the upcoming months."

Might Scores be open for Memorial Day weekend 2012?

How will this fit into the tourism district master plan being devised for the city?

What will this high-end strip club mean to the other similar clubs in town?

Will other casinos follow suit? What do you think?

“I think it will reinforce the perception of Atlantic City as a sleazy leisure and entertainment venue.

The old "Playboy" model was OK, as was the "Hooters" approach. But, regardless of Ray Schweibert's claim earlier this year in connection with the "Diving Horse," everybody has a perception of what a "Gentleman's Club" is. And that perception isn't going to help Atlantic City overcome its negative image.”

“Why aren't there any strip clubs with scantily clad men that a woman could patronize?”

“It will be a real dud. Who wants to go to an overpriced strip club with plastic girls that you can't touch, when you can go out to Pacific Ave. and get all the consenting-adult activity you want at one of the REAL strip clubs?”

“It's not a strip club if the girls aren't naked/topless.
G-String & pasties won't be able to compete with the surrounding clubs.
This is lame.”

“It's about time! AC wants to know why it can't pull Vegas dollars, but it's draw is limited to tables, and occassional concerts. Bringing in some sexy adult oriented revue will draw me and my wife. We're a vanilla, family oriented couple who like to let our hair down a bit when we go away.”
