Random American cities and their bizarre slogans:
Roswell, New Mexico: "The aliens aren't the only reason to visit." Well, what else is there?
Bushnell, South Dakota: "It's not the end of the earth but you can see it from here." Not the end of the world geographically, you just go here when there's nothing left.
Knoxville, Tennessee: "The Underwear capital of the world." You'll see underwear, but sadly it will only be on your sister.
Gotebo, Oklahoma: "Goat ropin' capital of the world." Where there's probably more goats than people
Banks, Arkansas: "Home of the buck fever fest." Not to be confused with the f*#k b#@^%r fest.
Hastings, Nebraska: "Birthplace of Kool-aid." OH YEAH!
Gas, Kansas: "Don't pass gas, stop and enjoy it." So just stop and wallow in your own stench?
Gettysburg, South Dakota: "Where the battle wasn't." And apparently nothing else either.
Hooker, Oklahoma, "It's a location, not a vocation." Sureee it is.
