We're still waking up from our 35th Anniversary bash at The Pool at Harrah’s last Wednesday; thanks again to everybody who came out to celebrate. With Thanksgiving around the corner, this week dining writer Frank Gabriel offers a collection of turkey-day tips from some well-respected local chefs and columnist Whitney Ullman gives some advice from personal experience regarding stuffing yourself during the holidays, but not feeling like a bloated, stuffed turkey.

Also inside, Mike Pritchard writes about a new book on the history of Steel Pier, which sounds like it would make for a perfect holiday gift for anyone with an interest in Atlantic City history.
