1. It just got a facelift.

Bonefish Grill recently unveiled a sleek renovation. Pulling inspiration from the sea, the updated restaurant features an array of blues shade. A new marble bar top and warm lighting create a clean, modern feel, and the main dining room now showcases original art, like three-dimensional sculptures and paintings, that bring the feel of the ocean to the restaurant.

2. It has a new handcrafted happy hour.

Along with the updated aesthetic, Bonefish Grill has rolled out a new happy hour menu. Beginning 4 p.m. and ending 6:30 p.m. daily, happy hour features $1 off draft beers, $4 house wines and $5 hand-crafted cocktails like the blueberry lemon drop (Absolut Citron, blueberry puree, fresh sour mix and a sugared rim), the Tropical Tiki Martini (pineapple and Absolut infusion, Captain Morgan, mango, pomegranate and a bit of lime) and the Raspberry Vodka Collins (Tito’s vodka, raspberries and sour mix, topped with soda water).

3. The bar bites are a must.

Bonefish also revamped its bar bites menu, to go along with the cocktails. For $6, happy hour diners can enjoy offerings like crispy cod sliders (Alaskan cod on a savory potato bun with signature sauce, tomatoes and lettuce), Ahi tuna poke (with cucumbers, red bell peppers, red onion, jalapeño, scallions and sesame seeds, over avocado puree, served with wonton crisps) and crispy calamari (flash-fried with peppers and served with crispy noodles and a sweet, spicy Asian sauce).

4. It has mid-week specials.

Save a buck during the weekday with Bonefish Grill’s new specials. Tuesdays feature the “Hooked on Tuesday” three-course menu, which includes a meal for $14.90 with a starter salad and a dessert. Head in on a Wednesday to get the bang bang shrimp appetizer, a favorite at Bonefish, for $6 all night.

5. Seafood is its specialty.

With a name like Bonefish Grill, it’s not surprising that the seafood is the standout here. Bonefish’s market-fresh fish gets cooked over a wood-burning grill to make sure it’s even and savory. Choices like sea scallops, Ahi tuna, rainbow trout, Atlantic salmon and tilapia can be found on the menu to compliment your cocktail.
