Even though sports betting isn’t legal in New Jersey, soon you’ll be able to guess at which teams will win each week during the 2016 football season to earn cash and free play at three Atlantic City casinos.

At Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa starting Sept. 5, make the most correct picks in the Pick the Pros contest and win $20,000. From all other entries, 1,000 participants each will receive $30 in free play. Record your selections at kiosks located at the My Borgata Center and near the Gypsy Bar.

At Golden Nugget Atlantic City starting Sept. 6, the top three winners will share $10,000 in cash. From all other entries, 150 participants each will receive $50 in free play. Pick the winner of 205 games or more during the season and win $1 million. To enter, swipe your 24K Select card at any Fan Zone kiosk in the Main Atrium.

At Tropicana Atlantic City starting Sept. 6, the player with the most correct picks gets up to $250 in free slot play. Whoever makes the most correct picks during the entire promotion receives $5,000. Swipe your Trop Advantage card at any comp machine to play.

Go to TheBorgata.com, GoldenNugget Gridiron.com or the Trop Advantage Center for details.

In other gambling news, the World of Wonka is premiering exclusively at Borgata. While there are already two Willy Wonka-themed slot machines, this one has many more features and bonuses. With its comfortable wide seat accommodating two players, the look of the machine is unique too.

A horizontal screen is flanked by two smaller vertical screens. On top of this “triptych” is an even larger horizontal screen which displays scenes from the film. Above all is a wheel feature that adds yet another bonus option.

With 25 paylines on a six-by-four grid, at one penny per credit, how much you wager is determined by which Oompa Loompa feature you want to experience.

Minimum bet is 50 credits, but the “More & Better” option requires a minimum bet of 75. Higher bets earn increasingly more opportunities to win additional credits.

Randomly triggered, or won in the Wonka Winko Bonus, the Oompa Loompa feature in the game expands from six up to 12 columns, or a maximum of 140 paylines. Other bonuses include the Chocolate River and Golden Ticket, as well as free spins.

Look for World of Wonka as you walk onto the casino floor from the valet entrance.
