NORTHEASTERN MARYLAND, AND DELAWARE.
* FROM 8 AM EDT MONDAY THROUGH TUESDAY MORNING
* SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS ARE FORECAST TO BRING PERIODS OF HEAVY
RAIN TO OUR REGION FROM MONDAY INTO MONDAY NIGHT. RAINFALL
TOTALS OF 1 TO 2 INCHES ARE EXPECTED TO BE COMMON, WITH LOCAL
AMOUNTS UP TO 3 TO 4 INCHES POSSIBLE. THIS COULD LEAD TO FLASH
* THE RISK OF FLASH FLOODING IS HIGHEST IN URBANIZED AND LOW-
LYING AREAS. RAPID RISES ON SMALL CREEKS AND STREAMS ARE
A FLASH FLOOD WATCH MEANS THAT THERE IS THE POTENTIAL FOR FLASH
FLOODING WHICH CAN BE LIFE-THREATENING. HEAVY RAIN IS EXPECTED TO
