Attention 50 Biters — grab your lanyards, your life jackets and perhaps a snorkel, because this week we are heading into uncharted waters in search of treasures from the deep.

A dam Good Sports Bar at Tropicana Atlantic City offers up a great starter for any seafood feast, their perfectly spicy Buffalo Shrimp. Golden Nugget Atlantic City’s Chart House sits overlooking the water, making for a great spot to enjoy their sweet and succulent Thai Coconut Shrimp. Over at Harrah’s Resort, Coastal Craft Kitchen & Bar keeps everyone from getting crabby with their scrumptous Mini Coastal Crabcake, while Gordon Ramsay Steak ditches the beef for minute to offer Biters a taste of the Ahi Tuna Tartare. Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Atlantic City is home to Council Oak Fish, where the New England Clam Chowder is all but unforgettable. Looking to double down on chowder? Harry’s Oyster Bar at Bally’s Atlantic City is your place to go for another round of heavenly N.E.C.C. Those looking for another shrimp option will be pleased to find that The Twenties Bistro at the Claridge Hotel has their awesome Spicy Shrimp on the Bites menu this year.

Popping out of the casinos makes for a nice change of pace, and what better place to pop in for a Bite than The Iron Room? Here you’ll find Chef Kevin Cronin’s savory Salmon Spread, something every foodie should try before they die.

Folks looking to stay outside A.C. can stop in at the world famous Red Lobster in Mays Landing for a trio of Coconut Shrimp, one of the biggest (and tastiest) Bites on the list. For an elegant and Italian-slanted seafood bite, stop in at La Cucina in Northfield where their Pan-Seared Scallop comes served on a bed of lemon risotto.

See ya next week for another round of Bites!
