Manna at the Shore dinner

Guests fill their plates with delicacies provided by area restaurants at last year’s Manna at the Shore fundraising dinner.

MANNA at the Shore will celebrate their 25th anniversary Sunday, Dec. 8, with a special fundraiser event called “The Meals That Matter.” MANNA at the Shore is an all-volunteer non-sectarian organization that feeds those living with HIV/AIDS and other life-threatening illnesses.

The three-hour event begins at 6 p.m. at Beth Israel in Northfield, and will include signature dishes from over 25 of the region’s finest restaurants, caterers and bakeries including Dock’s Oyster House, Steve & Cookie’s by the Bay, The Washington Inn and many more. Guests will enjoy appetizers, entrees and desserts, plus a wine and martini bar. Frank Coffman and Lew London will provide cocktail hour music and guests will dance to the Melanie Rice Orchestra.

Admission is $125 per person, and sponsorship opportunities are available.

Beth Isreal is located at 2501 Shore Road in Northfield.
