In honor of the official start of Major League Baseball season, Chef Will Savarese of Robert’s Steakhouse at Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Atlantic City has created a signature dish known as the baseball top sirloin. The dish costs $63 will be available until Thursday, May 23.

“Baseball season is knocking on the door, so to keep things fresh and fun I have created a pan-roasted baseball top sirloin, seared lobster claw married with asparagus in a crispy potato mitt, braised spring scallions (the playing field), an herb diamond potato home plate, and red wine reduction,” Savarese says. “The baseball cut is lean, flavorful and similar to a filet as it is cut from the center of the top sirloin, the home run of all steak dishes.”

Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Robert’s is located at 1000 Boardwalk in Atlantic City.
