Villain & Saint is hosting a Michter’s bourbon pairing dinner on Thursday.

Bourbon fans and foodies will enjoy the Michter’s Bourbon/Rye Dinner at Villain & Saint 7 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 24. The four-course meal plus amuse bouche will each be paired with one of the fabulous products from the Michter’s family. The evening begins with an amuse of Michter’s American Whiskey pickled quail egg followed by pheasant saltimbocca with speck ham and quince jelly and crispy sage, the Skuna Bay salmon with a parsnip puree and chanterelles and lastly tea and cinnamon smoked duck with foie gras dirty rice and roasted Asian pear. You’ll want to save room for dessert, though, which is fried drunken chocolate truffles. The price for this delicious event is $99 per person plus tax and gratuity.
