Find out what eating vegan is all about at the American Vegan Society’s Spring Celebration Dinner Monday and Tuesday, March 27 and March 28.

Academy of Culinary Arts students are cooking a meal to showcase the vegan diet for the public starting at 6:30 p.m. at Carême’s, located within Atlantic Cape Community College in Mays Landing. The same meal will be cooked both Monday and Tuesday, so choose the night that’s best for you — or come to both. Menus include only the freshest ingredients, with six courses comprised of green curry soup, baby beet and frisee salad, vegetable dumplings, mushroom risotto, and a coconut-lime cake.
