Onadek Winan

The Bay Atlantic Symphony will perform their 6th annual holiday concert series Saturday and Sunday, Dec. 9 and 10.

Get ready for some moving holiday pieces by classical artists such as Johann Sebastian Bach, Johann Pachelbel, Antonio Vivaldi, Franz Schubert and more, with a program featuring pieces such as Pachelbel’s “Canon in D,” Bach’s “Jesu, Joy of Man’s Desiring,” Russell Steinberg’s “Lights On — A Chanukah Medley,” and Schubert’s “Ave Maria.”

Award-winning soprano Onadek Winan will be the guest soloist in “Ave Maria” and “O Holy Night.” Both concerts also feature the first-ever Bay Atlantic Symphony children’s chorus, comprised of school-age students from throughout the area.

To end the night, the Symphony will invite the audience to join them in two carol singalongs, one with the orchestra, and the other with symphony members gathered around Music Conductor Jed Gaylin on the piano.

Saturday’s concert will take place at 8 p.m. inside the historic Landis Theater, 830 E. Landis Ave., Vineland. Sunday’s concert will begin at 2 p.m. and takes place at the Stockton University Campus Center Theater, Jimmie Leeds Road, Galloway Township. Tickets are $30.
